avant-gardists
– Epistemology as an invitation to self-development

In a world overflowing with theories, models, and concepts, clever ideas alone are no longer enough—we need genuine orientation. The Guidepost is for those who wish to move beyond generalized answers and consciously shift from the influence of the collective “we” toward the empowerment of the individual “I.” It speaks to those ready to face life’s essential questions with clarity, courage, and personal responsibility. Rather than prescribing norms, insight teachings open up pathways for thought. They invite us to explore our own possibilities and uncover truths that are uniquely ours. This Guidepost offers five distinct areas of insight—five independent teachings of thechnology that help us find our position in the world and discover new horizons.
1. An Epistemology of Civilization – City of Reason
How do we shape our shared lives? This teaching takes us back to the roots of our civilization—to the emergence of agriculture and cities—and asks how reason shapes our social structures. It opens our eyes to the architecture of community and invites us to rethink the order of living together.
2. An Epistemology of Cognition – What is Truth, Reason, and Reality?
What can we truly know—and how do we arrive at reliable insights? This teaching makes the tools of thinking accessible and shows how truth can be understood as a dynamic process of insight. It encourages us to sharpen our perception and view the world with clarity.
3. An Epistemology of Life, Decision, and Action – What is Mind, Art, and Culture?
How do we shape our lives consciously and meaningfully? This teaching views our civilization through the lens of the cybernetics of the spirit and asks how art and culture can emerge when individual freedom of choice is placed at the center. It invites us to see our lives as acts of creation.
4. An Epistemology of the New Techne – What is Architecture, Construction, and Realization?
How do we turn ideas into reality? This teaching is devoted to the creative act of making—from the first draft to concrete implementation. It bridges vision and practice, showing how thinking and doing can become a unified creative force.
5. An Epistemology of the Sacred – My Christian Testament
What touches us at our core? This teaching opens a space for spiritual reflection and personal questions of faith. It is not a dogma, but an open invitation to engage with the transcendent and give voice to one’s own beliefs.

Just as little, however, can there be something in the middle (metaxý) between the two members of the contradiction, but one must necessarily either affirm (phánai) or deny (apophánai) each of them. This first becomes clear from the definition of the terms true and false.
To say namely,
the existent is not or the non-existent is is false,
to say, on the other hand
the existent is and the non-existent is not is true.
So whoever predicates being or non-being must pronounce what is true or false.
